Bus Timetable Reliability Analysis
Compares a UK bus route's official timetable against its real recorded GPS positions (from the government's Bus Open Data Service) to show how reliable the route actually is — lateness and gaps between buses, broken down by day of week.
AI-Assisted Bus Stop Data Cleaner
Cleans messy public transport stop data and calls Claude to judge which stops are likely duplicates — every AI suggestion is reviewed by a person before it's applied, nothing is auto-approved.
Timetable Stress-Test Simulator
Change a bus route's timetable — add a stop, run buses more often — and the app replays a day of buses hundreds of times with random delays (a Monte Carlo simulation) to show how many would still arrive on time, compared against real measured delays for the route.
